Main tasks
Inform, advise and assist users.
Coordinate the information services of the Unithèque site.
Develop and keep up to date the information materials made available to users.
Participate in the development and implementation of the Unithèque site’s public information policy.
In collaboration with the training coordinator, support and accompany in-house training courses for intelligence services.
Desired profile
Bachelor’s degree in document management or equivalent library training.
At least 3 years’ professional experience in a library or documentary information service, with a public service activity.
Ability to run courses in French and English (English level min. B2).
Good knowledge of documentary research in specialized resources, of the Swiss academic context and of the academic public.
Mastery of IT tools for information processing and presentation (SIGB, databases, web technology).
Sense of public service and excellent oral expression.
