Theses are uploaded on IRIS. BCUL is responsible for validating your deposit, but it is your responsibility to check that your pdf :
- is the final version that has obtained the imprimatur
- includes the title page and imprimatur
- is of sufficient quality, especially if it includes images (max 350 MB)
- respects any confidentiality agreements signed (publishing house, patent, etc.).
Once these conditions have been met, you must :
- order your grade online
- accept the general conditions of diffusion (in the grade order)
- upload your thesis to IRIS as a pdf file, including title page and imprimatur
Be careful: once the deposit has been validated, it is very difficult to modify it!
Once you have published your thesis record on IRIS and validated your grade order, the library will proceed to validate the thesis deposit. Whithin working 10 days, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
IMPORTANT: You must remain registered until your thesis deposit is validated by the BCUL. If the deposit on IRIS is validated:
- after October 15: registration is mandatory for the fall semester.
- after February 28: registration is mandatory for the spring semester.
