On their way to adulthood, young people go through a strange world of discovery, experimentation and doubt… As leaders, we pass on values and knowledge, and help them to overcome certain challenges. Our relationship with them is more than just a reminder of the essay due or the averages to be brought up, but we also share questions, moments of sadness and joy.
