Swiss photographer and set designer Yann Becker has been living in Japan since 2010. With camera in hand and a smile on his face, he wanders this infinite country, meeting the lives that make it up. The people he photographs open up to him, revealing unsuspected facets of Japanese society. In the course of these encounters, strong bonds are forged, portraits multiply, stories intersect, and from this whole emerges a generous and mischievous humanity.
Through photography and the screening of a short film, Yann Becker is delighted to share his experience of a different Japan.
