“My ideal library is…”

Unithèque survey results

“Please rate your level of agreement with the following statements”, “What services would be useful to you in the future?”, “Describe your ideal library”. These three questions (and a few others!) were included in the survey carried out just over a year ago among Unithèque users.

The aim of the survey was twofold: to find out the level of satisfaction with current services, and to gain a better understanding of the public’s expectations regarding future spaces and services.

In concrete terms, this took the form of an online questionnaire covering six major themes: use of the Unithèque site (the “Banana”), satisfaction levels, relations with staff, documentary practices, expectations/needs and the ideal library.
