It’s also an opportunity to take a step back, to try and perceive ourselves in a holistic way that’s hard to find in the Western approach to health. Even if you don’t particularly want to be “coached”, there are good practices to discover and perhaps adopt for periods or for life.

Brel & Barbara a cappella
The Aedes ensemble, well-versed in the classical repertoire, takes a step off the beaten track and reappropriates a selection of songs by Brel and Barbara. Conductor Mathieu Romano commissioned several composers to recreate certain titles for a cappella choir. The result is a little disconcerting at first, as it is quite different from the original versions. In the case of Brel or Barbara, the performer is as important as the score. But the songs chosen have inspired the composers, and the choristers excel and even provide instrumental accompaniment.
An album full of finesse that is a pleasure to listen to, and will particularly appeal to fans of vocal music.

My stranger
What if the woman you love becomes a stranger, a woman who is your wife but who no longer recognizes you, to whom you have become a stranger?
Raphaël is a world-famous writer who has just married Olivia, the woman he loves. After a violent argument, he finds himself plunged into a world where he is no longer a writer, but a teacher, a world in which Olivia is someone else’s wife, where she makes her own life. Without him.
How can he set out again, return to his former life, leave this parallel world in which he is a stranger and has no memories? What can he do to make Olivia the woman of his life again?
He has two choices: fight for the woman he loves, or accept this new life, or she’ll never smile at him again…
