On Serval
Theses are deposited electronically on Serval. BCUL is responsible for validating your deposit, but it is your responsibility to check that your PDF :
- is the final version that has obtained the imprimatur
- includes the title page and imprimatur
- is of sufficient quality, especially if it includes images (max 350 MB)
- complies with any confidentiality agreements signed (publishing house, patent, etc.).
Once these conditions have been met, you must :
- order your grade online
- upload your thesis to Serval as a PDF file, including title page and imprimatur
- accept the general user conditions of diffusion (in the grade order)
Be careful: once the deposit has been validated, it is very difficult to modify it!
IMPORTANT: You must remain registered until your thesis deposit is validated by the BCUL.
If the deposit on Serval is validated:
- after October 15: registration is mandatory for the fall semester.
- after February 28: registration is mandatory for the spring semester.
