These three questions (and a few others!) were included in the survey carried out just over a year ago among Unith\u00e8que users.   <\/p>\n\n<p>The aim of the survey was twofold: to find out the level of satisfaction with current services, and to gain a better understanding of the public&#8217;s expectations regarding future spaces and services.<\/p>\n\n<p>In concrete terms, this took the form of an online questionnaire covering six major themes: use of the Unith\u00e8que site (the \u201cBanana\u201d), satisfaction levels, relations with staff, documentary practices, expectations\/needs and the ideal library.<\/p>\n\n<p>Interested in the main results?
