BCUL is responsible for validating your deposit, but it is your responsibility to check that your pdf :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>is the final version that has obtained the imprimatur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>includes the title page and imprimatur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>is of sufficient quality, especially if it includes images (max 350 MB)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respects any confidentiality agreements signed (publishing house, patent, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once these conditions have been met, you must : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/wayf.switch.ch\/SWITCHaai\/WAYF?entityID=https%3A%2F%2Fed.unil.ch%2Fshibboleth&amp;return=https%3A%2F%2Fed.unil.ch%2FShibboleth.sso%2FLogin%3FSAMLDS%3D1%26target%3Dss%253Amem%253A633aab4a3a4d2d88737https:\/\/ed.unil.ch\/pubauth\/commande-grade\">order your grade online<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>upload your thesis to <a href=\"https:\/\/iris.unil.ch\/\">IRIS<\/a> as a pdf file, including title page and imprimatur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accept the general conditions of diffusion (in the grade order)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Be careful: once the deposit has been validated, it is very difficult to modify it!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IMPORTANT: You must remain registered until your thesis deposit is validated by the BCUL.
